URCF DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY FORM OF BACKUP FOR USER AND RESEARCH GROUP DATA. DATA BACKUP IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH USER OR GROUP.

This ensures a record is kept of your request and all work done for it.

Please copy and paste any input you typed and resulting error messages in your email. Do not summarize, or try to reproduce the message from memory.

Trouble Changing Password?

Web Portal

The web portal (https://proteusmaster.urcf.drexel.edu/userportal/) is not functioning. This wiki, and Ganglia are working as normal.

Scheduled Downtime

Proteus will have scheduled downtime roughly once every month.

  • Next scheduled downtime: Wed July 18, 2018 9am - 7pm

Staff Out of Office

  • Aug 5-10, 2018 - D. Chin will be participating in the ACI-REF Intermediate Virtual Residency Workshop; he will be physically in the office, but not immediately available to respond
